Early-access information
When you join the list, we store your email address, optional intended use, consent version, signup time and a broad source category. We use this information to manage early access and send VibeClip availability updates you requested. Joining is optional and does not purchase a product or guarantee access on a particular date.
The list is stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. It is not exposed through a public directory or analytics endpoint. Submitting the same address again does not create another signup. The website does not currently send a confirmation email, so an entry means an address was submitted, not that its owner completed double opt-in.
Aggregate website measurement
We count page views, early-access clicks and newly stored signups by day, page and broad source category, such as Google, Bing, AI referral, direct or other. We do not store visitor identifiers, full referring URLs, search queries or IP addresses in this analytics database. These counts are not unique people or sessions and may include automated or repeated requests.
The browser may retain a source category in session storage so that navigating inside the site does not lose the arrival category. It contains no unique identifier. Browser-based measurement and that storage are skipped when the browser exposes Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Submitting the form still stores the information needed for the requested early-access signup.
Hosting and abuse prevention
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes network requests. Technical request information, including IP addresses, may be processed by the hosting platform for delivery and security under its own policies. The form uses an invisible field and short-lived rate limiting to reduce abuse. We do not copy IP addresses into the early-access or analytics tables.
Retention and removal
We keep early-access entries while operating the list, unless you request removal. Aggregate measurement does not contain submitted email addresses. To remove or correct your early-access information, contact tools@mimos.ai using the address you submitted. If we send an availability update, you can also reply to request removal.
Do not submit sensitive information in the email field. The optional use-case selection is limited to broad product categories.
Separate product and provider policies
The desktop product is still in development. Its eventual data handling will need its own release documentation. Separately installed agents and external AI services operate under their own permissions and privacy terms. A local project folder does not imply that an external AI service receives no data.
